The 30-storey Dalu office tower is situation at the junction of Renmin South Road & Chengke West Road, a developed business & economic area in Chengdu. The site area is 3,700m² & the total GFA =50,000m².

The development consist of 145,000m² GFA 64 floors of first class office building with 6 levels of basements to accommodate 1,000 carparks. The ground level public open space was designed to amalgamate with the surrounding historical buildings of St. John’s Cathedral and the Court House together with their contiguous landscape area into a much needed urban open space. The building was designed in collaboration with Leo A. Daly and Cesar Pelli from USA.
