Shau Kei Wan

The Centre is a 3-storeys shopping mall connecting to a large housing estate, with all the shops, restaurants and clinics arranged on the southern and northern wings organized around a 3-storeys central atrium.
The accent colour and intricate details in the external facade is intended to liven up the entire housing estate making the shopping centre the anchor point of the entire neighbourhood.

Tsuen Wan

One of the largest shopping malls in Tsuen Wan incorporated with “green” concepts including an internal piazza and vertical green garden, total GFA: 26,000m²  This project was awarded HK-BEAM Platinum.

Located at The Dynasty.  Connected with Citywalk Shopping Mall,  Citywalk 2 consisted of a 3-storey shopping podium of total area 20,000m².  An iconic spherical Cineplex of 5 cinemas anchored the major street corner.

Shatin

The project comprises a GIC block with a 26-storey residential block providing 545 units, a 3-storey commercial centre, public transport interchange which serves the whole Shatin Area 52.  A special design 73m long span pedestrian footbridge plus 50m height lift tower also serve the main gate to whole development from Shui Chuen Au Street.
