Xiaobailou Subdistrict was a gateway to China & the most important business center in Tianjin during the early last century. The objective of the master plan is to take a balance between the historical context & existing condition, revitalizing the area to its past glory.
The masterplan proposal is a 18 ha site area with the total GFA of 950,000m² consisted of commercial/serviced facilities, residential, hotel, green belt & infrastructure.
OCEAN PRIDE
Tsuen Wan
9 nos. 41 to 45 storeys residential towers comprising 2,406 units with retail / carpark / kindergarten at podium levels on top of rail station / PTI. Domestic GFA: 167,100 m², Retail GFA: 40,500 m².
CARIBBEAN COAST
Tung Chung
13 high-rise residential towers comprising 5,080 flats and some low rise housing blocks together with a compliment of club, commercial, GI/C and parking facilities. The well endowed site is fully exploited by optimizing the central part for a unifying landscape treatment, thus creating the ambience and atmosphere with the overtones of a holiday resort. GFA: 398,800 m².
FESTIVAL CITY
Tai Wai
12 residential towers of over 4,000 units together with club facilities, carparks plus one primary school & one secondary school on top of existing rail depot. GFA: 314,000m²
