Ngau Tau Kok

A large scale residential and commercial complex – comprises 900 flats in 7 towers ranging from 14 to 19 storey on top of a 3 storeys retail podium.
GIC facilities as well as one basement carpark are also provided, totaling 79,610m² GFA.  This project is developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society under the Urban Improvement Scheme, a project intending to improve old urban district environment and upgrading the standard of living of the general public.

PRH AT SHUI CHUEN O AREA 52 PHASE 2A

Shatin

A GIC block with a 26-storey residential block providing 545 units, a 3-storey commercial centre, public transport interchange which serves the whole Shatin Area 52.  A special design 73m long span pedestrian footbridge plus 50m height lift tower also serve the main gate to whole development from Shui Chuen Au Street.

Shatin

A 2-storey podium built on top of existing rock slopes to minimize rock cutting and with slope upgrading works required.  The project also includes interlink bridges to other phases at lower and higher platforms and a “parks link” built over existing slopes and connects to nearby country parks.

6 blocks (3,800 units) + a kindergarten of 6 classrooms of 790m², welfare facilities under the footprint of residential blocks of 700m², External works and local open space of more than 11,600m² approx, community play area of 930m² approx., estate management office, semi-basement carpark of 101 nos. of private car and 26 nos. of motor-cycle and other associated vehicular facilities.
