The site is located at the Haizhu District in the Old City Center of Guangzhou.  The development comprises of 22 high-rise towers housing over 5,400 flats in 590,000 m² residential GFA, a mega commercial complex of 270,000m² GFA and a hotel/office block of 100,000m² GFA.

Tsuen Wan

One of the largest shopping malls in Tsuen Wan incorporated with “green” concepts including an internal piazza and vertical green garden, total GFA: 26,000m²  This project was awarded HK-BEAM Platinum.

Shatin

The project comprises a GIC block with a 26-storey residential block providing 545 units, a 3-storey commercial centre, public transport interchange which serves the whole Shatin Area 52.  A special design 73m long span pedestrian footbridge plus 50m height lift tower also serve the main gate to whole development from Shui Chuen Au Street.
